Maurício Gonçalves has extensive experience in areas such as Administration, Sales, People Management and Marketing, with an emphasis on Business Administration. He obtained an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Tiradentes.
Since 2017, he has been part of the S system, having held the position of Financial and Administrative Director of Sesc Sergipe. In addition, he served as Superintendent of Fecomércio Sergipe during this period.
He is responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic relationships with business partners, aiming to drive Continental's growth and expansion in Brazilian territory. It works by coordinating efforts to achieve commercial objectives and market goals.

Maurício Gonçalves, possui ampla experiência em áreas como Administração, Vendas, Gestão de Pessoas e Marketing, com ênfase em Administração de Empresas. Ele obteve um MBA em Marketing pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas e um MBA em Administração e Gestão de Negócios pela Universidade Tiradentes.
Desde 2017, ele integra o sistema S, tendo desempenhado o cargo de Diretor Financeiro e Administrativo do Sesc Sergipe. Além disso, atuou como Superintendente da Fecomércio Sergipe durante esse período.
É responsável por identificar, desenvolver e gerenciar relações estratégicas com parceiros de negócios, visando impulsionar o crescimento e a expansão da Continental em território brasileiro. Trabalha coordenando esforços para atingir objetivos comerciais e metas de mercado.
